Jürgen Klopp, 3-million-euro villa on Sylt

After an intensive soccer season, FIFA Coach of the Year Jürgen Klopp prefers to enjoy the peace and quiet on the North Sea island of Sylt. While his club, Liverpool FC, offers him free accommodation in the UK, “Kloppo” invested several million in his charming thatched-roof house in the exclusive millionaires’ mile of Kampen. Kampen is the only place on Sylt where thatched roofs are mandatory, and Klopp’s villa also blends harmoniously into this traditional picture. At home, however, he leaves the sceptre to his wife Ulla and openly admits: “I’m not a housework hero.” Instead, he prefers to spend time with friends such as Karl-Heinz Rummenigge and Karl Dall, relaxing over a “Pilsken” in the cozy “Kupferkanne” café.

Franz Beckenbauer, 7.5 million euros for a townhouse in Kitzbühl

in 1964, he earned just 400 Deutschmarks a month at FC Bayern and had to work on the side. Today, the “Kaiser” is one of the 500 richest Germans. The 76-year-old sporting legend lived in Salzburg until recently. Now he and his wife Heidi have bought a simple townhouse in Kitzbühel and had it renovated to suit their age. After two serious heart operations and an eye infarction, Beckenbauer is no longer able to walk well. Nevertheless, he doesn’t want to be chauffeured around, but wants to stay close to his friends. Kitzbühel, the exclusive Tyrolean town, is now one of the most expensive areas in Europe, with prices per square meter of up to 15,000 euros.

Uli Hoeneß – tranquil on Lake Tegernsee

A few years ago, the 69-year-old Bayern president was accused of tax evasion. Instead of engaging in a long legal battle, he decided to take responsibility and spent three years in prison. The soccer legend settled his tax debts and was able to keep his home in Bad Wiessee. Today he lives there in seclusion. The house, in typical Bavarian style with lots of wood paneling, sits majestically above Lake Tegernsee and offers an impressive 180-degree view of the landscape. The windows are decorated with colorful flower boxes, while a wild bull made of mosaic stones adorns the floor of the pool. At the entrance, a wooden pig greets every visitor – his “lucky pig”, as Hoeneß calls it. “I had a lot of time to think in prison,” he says today, and the pig symbolizes a new beginning for him.

Thomas Müller, Eigenheim Im Idyllischen Otterfingen

Thomas Müller has achieved everything in soccer that others can only dream of. Born in Munich, he won the German championship and cup several times with FC Bayern Munich and also won the Champions League title. he crowned his career in 2014 when he became world champion with the German national team in Brazil. But the star footballer and his wife Lisa were still missing one crucial piece of personal happiness: a home of their own. The couple finally fulfilled this dream in 2015, when they built a house in Otterfing, an idyllic community in the district of Miesbach – in the neighborhood of prominent club colleagues such as Philipp Lahm and Manuel Neuer. As passionate dressage riders and experienced horse breeders, the Müllers also rented a stable that perfectly complements their love for the animals. With their home and horses, nothing seems to stand in the way of family happiness!

Toni Kroos, lives for rent in Madrid

The former Bayern star has been pulling the strings in Real Madrid’s midfield since 2014 and recently extended his contract until 2023. However, the 31-year-old and his wife Jessica have not yet moved into their own home. Instead, they live for rent in the villa of his fellow footballer Fernando Torres. The property is located in the exclusive Madrid district of “La Finca”, where Spain’s head of government Sánchez also resides, and covers an impressive 4,000 square meters. The ultra-modern villa boasts a spacious garden, a cinema and games room and a huge pool. Kroos may have to dig deep into his pockets for the monthly rent of 25,000 euros, but in view of his annual salary of around 10 million euros, it almost seems like a bargain.

Manuel Neuer, – 10 million euro villa on Lake Tegernsee

The three-storey new build caused conflict with local residents in the run-up to construction. Excavators blocked the road on the Leeberg for months, accompanied by considerable noise. The delivery of the pool was particularly problematic, causing severe damage to the road. In addition, the unstable slope had to be stabilized with reinforced concrete to give the building the necessary stability. But the result is impressive: high above Lake Tegernsee, the Bayern goalkeeper has created a modern retreat for around 10 million euros. The property not only offers an outdoor pool, but also a luxurious indoor swimming pool and an underground garage with space for up to eight luxury vehicles. There are also positive developments in his private life: With a new love at his side, the dream of family happiness now seems more tangible than ever.

Roman Weidenfeller, 1.5 million euro villa in Ibiza

Two years ago, the BVB goalkeeper caused a surprise when he announced his retirement from professional soccer after more than 350 Bundesliga games and moved to the Balearic island of Ibiza. roman Weidenfeller kept Borussia’s goal for 16 years before celebrating his greatest career highlight to date in 2014: winning the World Cup in Brazil. In the same year, he crowned his personal happiness with a dream wedding to his long-term partner Lisa. However, the birth of their son Leon was followed by the end of their relationship: Lisa remained in their shared property on Dortmund’s Phoenix Lake, while Weidenfeller moved to a luxury villa in Ibiza to find a new direction. Last year, he made his acting debut with a guest appearance on “Traumschiff”. Could this even be the start of a second career?

Michael Ballack, dream villa on Lake Starnberg

The footballer has recently had to cope with severe strokes of fate. First, he was diagnosed with a brain tumor, which fortunately turned out to be benign. But shortly afterwards he suffered an even worse loss: his son Emilio (18) was killed in a tragic quad bike accident this summer. As if that wasn’t enough, the former captain of the national team is now also facing problems with the extension of his villa on Lake Starnberg. During the construction of a terrace and pool, the building authorities intervened and demanded that the unauthorized extension be torn down. Ballack tried to have the pool declared a “fire-fighting pool”, but has so far been unable to get out of trouble.

Mats Hummels, million-dollar villas on Lake Phoenix and in Munich

The Dortmund defender is said to have a new girlfriend. He was only recently in the headlines due to his separation from his wife Cathy, with whom he has a son. The 21-year-old Lisa Marie, a table tennis player from Dortmund, is currently causing quite a stir. Rumors of a relationship between the two were further fuelled when they were spotted walking together at Dortmund’s Phoenix Lake – not far from the home of the Borussia newcomer, who has lived there for two years. Meanwhile, Cathy Hummels, who continues to live in the villa they share in Munich’s Grünwald district, has not been idle either. The influencer shares daring photos of herself on Instagram. Does she want to show her still-husband what he might be losing?

Michael Schumacher, 21-million-euro villa on Lake Geneva

In the midst of this difficult time, Corinna Schumacher has decided to put the family’s Swiss vacation property, the historic mill “Sur la Molière”, up for sale. The price for the lavishly renovated property is 5.8 million euros. However, the family’s main residence remains the magnificent 20-room villa “La Réserve” on Lake Geneva. The Schumachers purchased this property in 2003 for around 7 million euros and then had it extensively modernized for a further 14 million euros. The racing driver is currently receiving round-the-clock medical care and treatment here. Corinna tearfully confessed to reporters that the entire family is working with all their strength and tireless support on the athlete’s recovery.

CHRIS TÖPPERWIEN – MODERN HOUSE IN LA

Chris Töpperwien lived in Austria for a while and had already built a house there when he was lucky enough to win an American green card. Today he calls Los Angeles, California, his home, where he lives with his wife. A look at his Instagram profile suggests that it is a luxurious property – in the background and in photos you can see a modern, high-class interior. Töpperwien became famous through the emigrant documentary “Goodbye Deutschland – Die Auswanderer”, in which he tried to set up a franchise in California with his Currywurst trucks. However, the big success failed to materialize and he temporarily returned to Europe. To this day, the “Currywurstmann” remains a familiar face on German television and regularly appears in various trash TV formats.

Dieter Hallervoorden – castle on his own island

He truly lives like God in France in Brittany. Back in 1988, the actor fulfilled a dream and acquired an entire island, including a small castle, as his second home. The neo-Gothic building made of pink granite is located in the Côtes-d’Armor department and was built in 1892 by the Lithuanian mathematician Bruno Abdank-Abakanowicz in the style of a medieval castle. Inside, a huge knights’ hall with a long table and oil paintings, reminiscent of a movie set from cloak-and-dagger flicks, is impressive. The furnishings, some of which date back to the 16th and 17th centuries, underline the historic charm of the property. Hallervoorden had a herb garden planted around the castle, which he personally tends to with great dedication. He has set up his study at the top of the idyllic tower room, where he enjoys the peace and seclusion.

Günther Jauch, a 3.5 million villa and his own restaurant in Potsdam

Colleague and friend Thomas Gottschalk may be richer, but Günther Jauch was voted the most popular German. His show “Who wants to be a millionaire” has been a long-running hit on German television for over 20 years. The TV star lives with his wife Thea and their four children in an imposing, three-storey family villa on the banks of the Havel in Potsdam. The property has a large garden and even its own jetty. In addition to his TV career, the 65-year-old is also socially committed and donates all his income from advertising contracts. Now he has also fulfilled a dream: Together with top chef Tim Raue, he bought and renovated “Haus Kellermann” in Potsdam. Today, the building serves as a restaurant and meeting place for the neighborhood – another chapter in Jauch’s impressive vita.

Stefan Raab, villa worth millions with security service and private path

During his time on “TV Total”, the presenter was known for cleverly luring his guests out of their shells. In his private life, however, Stefan Raab prefers a secluded life. The 54-year-old lives with his wife and two children in a magnificent 1920s villa in the exclusive Hahnwald district of Cologne. The neighborhood has a 24-hour security service and his private path is regularly monitored. During his active television career, Raab was repeatedly confronted with lawsuits and had to pay high fines for damage to his reputation. Today, the butcher’s son prefers to retreat behind the scenes. With his production company “Brainpool”, he is constantly developing new formats such as “Schlag den Star” or “Das Ding des Jahres” and thus remains a formative figure in the German television landscape.

Dieter Bohlen, 2-million-euro apartments on Mallorca and a 3.5-million-euro house on Sylt

Dieter Bohlen’s original dream was to become a songwriter. However, his career initially got off to a less than glamorous start: he worked for a Hamburg record company and produced artists such as C.C. Catch before his breakthrough with Modern Talking. As Germany’s most successful music producer, he not only became a star, but also notorious as a DSDS judge. His biting comments, such as “Worse than three and a half per mille from the disco in the morning”, provided plenty to talk about. At the same time, he earned millions with the production of the winning albums. Bohlen has made a comfortable life for himself on Mallorca: He owns several luxury apartments in Santa Ponsa, which he shares with his grown-up children. Although he could live even more exclusively, the practical advantages outweigh the inconvenience – his yacht is moored in the harbor right outside his front door. In the evenings, he can often be found in Andratx, where he likes to stop off at an upmarket Italian restaurant.

Jürgen Drews, 2 million villa in Santa Ponsa

The “King of Mallorca” naturally needs a home befitting his status. But Jürgen Drews and his wife Ramona’s castle is modern and minimalist. It is idyllically situated under palm trees in the celebrity district of Santa Ponsa. The quiet town with around 10,000 inhabitants is located in the southwest of the island, almost 30 kilometers away from the lively Ballermann. Drews performs there two or three times a summer. The 71-year-old recently had to close his cult bistro “König von Mallorca”. The enormous losses after the Covid year were no longer sustainable even for the millionaire pop star. For ten years, the bar was a popular meeting place for fans. It housed numerous memorabilia from his almost 50-year career and the pop king was a regular visitor.

Florian Silbereisen, 5 million villa in Austria

The actor and singer once chose the property on Lake Ammersee together with his partner at the time, Helene Fischer. However, after ten years of a happy relationship, they finally broke up. Florian has since found a new home in the picturesque Salzkammergut region. He discovered a house in idyllic Mondsee, which he is currently renovating from top to bottom. The region is one of the most exclusive residential areas in Austria and is home to prominent neighbors such as Roberto Blanco and Andi Goldberger. Against the impressive backdrop of the mountain panorama, the “Kreuzfahrt ins Glück” actor hopes to finally find some peace and quiet. Despite these tranquil plans, his schedule for the winter remains well filled: Following Dieter Bohlen’s departure as a DSDS judge, 40-year-old Florian is taking over from him.

Andrea Berg, family hotel in Aspach

She lives where others go on vacation: pop singer Andrea Berg and her husband Ulrich not only run their stage career, but also a charming family hotel in idyllic Aspach. However, like many restaurateurs, they also had to fear for the Sonnenhof during the coronavirus crisis. The pandemic left its mark, with losses of 9 million euros tearing a huge hole in the singer’s fortune. But Andrea and Ulrich are not giving up. They have given the “Sonnenhof” a new concept: An enlarged wellness facility and a well thought-out spa concept are intended to give the hotel a fresh image. Instead of parties, the focus is now on slowing down, conscious nutrition and relaxation. The 55-year-old has also noticed this change in herself – the new concept has helped her lose a whole 13 kilos and she is now healthier than ever. A hotel in transition that not only opens up new perspectives for guests, but also for hosts.

Claudia Schiffer, 12-million-euro villa on Mallorca

In the 90s, she was one of the first superstars to move to the Balearic island. She acquired an impressive property in the north-east of the island: a 400,000 square meter headland on which she built her dream home. With its high walls and an old fortified tower, the property was more reminiscent of a medieval fortress. The former muse of Chanel designer Karl Lagerfeld recently parted with her imposing villa. A Russian oligarch paid the required 12 million euros. Today, the supermodel lives with her husband Matthew Vaughn and their three children in a traditional British mansion in London. She also owns luxurious apartments in Paris and New York.

Boris Becker, 12.6 million euro villa on Mallorca

He is Germany’s biggest tennis star: Boris Becker. In 1985, at the age of just 17, he made history when he became the youngest tennis player of all time to win the Wimbledon tournament. This triumph sparked a tennis euphoria in Germany that continues to this day. However, after his active career, the former world number one in the tennis rankings was unable to transfer this success into his professional life. in 1997, Becker and his then wife Barbara bought the “Son Coll” estate in the northwest of Mallorca near Artá. They had a finca-style villa built there. Shortly afterwards, the famous infidelity followed and finally the separation. Boris Becker himself hardly spent any time at the villa. Today, “Son Coll” is for sale for 12.6 million euros.

Karl Lagerfeld, houses in France and a 10 million euro villa in Blankenese

Karl Lagerfeld’s honey-colored Burmese cat Choupette is probably the richest cat in the world. After his death in 2019, the fashion star made her the heiress to his fortune and his villa in the south of France, making her a millionaire 170 times over. In addition to his legendary work as a designer for Chanel, Lagerfeld was passionate about collecting, furnishing and later selling houses and apartments around the world. His Jako house in Hamburg-Blankenese, filled with Art Deco pieces from the 1920s and 1930s, is currently for sale for 10 million euros. In contrast, he designed his 30-million-euro property on Quai Voltaire in Paris in a hyper-minimalist, cool style.

Steffi Graf, 2.4 million dollar ranch near Las Vegas

Steffi Graf and André Agassi tied the knot 20 years ago and were considered the absolute dream couple of the sporting world. In interviews, Agassi repeatedly revealed himself to be a passionate admirer of his wife, whose legendary forehand and speed on the tennis court were only equaled by Serena Williams. Now the Agassis have surprised everyone with the news that they want to sell their family estate near Las Vegas, including a tennis court. The ranch has been expanded in recent years to accommodate Steffi’s mother Heidi, her brother Michael and Agassi’s father. While Steffi is apparently already looking for a new home in Florida, André remains in Nevada to be close to his father, who is seriously ill with Alzheimer’s disease.

Veronica Ferres, USD 6.5 million mansion in Beverly Hills

Since her breakthrough with “Das Superweib”, she has become a star who is known far beyond the borders of Germany. The actress has been in a relationship with billionaire investor and TV personality Carsten Maschmeyer (“Die Höhle der Löwen”) for 12 years, and the two have been married since 2014. Veronica Ferres recently gave an insight into her new home in Beverly Hills, where she lives with her husband and children. The elegant five-bedroom villa boasts a minimalist color palette of grey and beige tones, while carefully selected pieces, such as an antique wooden table made from century-old wood, create a stylish yet cozy atmosphere. No wonder neighbors like Werner Herzog and Adrien Brody like to stop by for a plate of Maultaschen or real Bavarian Leberkäse.

Tine Wittler, farmhouse in Brandenburg

She was awarded the German Television Prize for her show “Einsatz in vier Wänden”. For ten years, the interior designer gave hundreds of apartments on RTL a stylish flair. After the end of the series, Tine Wittler retired from the television business and devoted herself to writing. Among other things, she published the life guide “Irgendwas ist immer”. Today, she has found her personal happiness – within her own four walls. In the small Brandenburg village of Jabel in Wendland, which has just 60 inhabitants, she has lovingly restored a 200-year-old farmhouse and furnished it beautifully. The house is known in the village as “Wittler’s living room”. There she runs a beer garden and a stage where she performs and presents chansons herself.

Ilka Bessin, home in Berlin

The role of “Cindy from Marzahn” made the comedian famous and helped her find her way out of Hartz IV. The trained chef lived on welfare for four years before she made her breakthrough with her own show. A few years later, her image changed: she published her autobiography “Abgeschminkt”, lost weight and said goodbye to her cult figure. The boorish Cindy became a self-confident woman who now lives happily with her fiancé and has been able to furnish her own apartment with her wages. “Unfortunately, I was in my Bordeaux red phase back then,” she says with a grin, “which is why my entire living room is dark red today.” Ilka slipped into the role of Cindy one last time at the end of August for the show “RTL sagt Danke”.

Mario Barth, luxury villas in Düsseldorf and Kitzbühel

Comedian Mario Barth breaks all records on stage and fills sold-out stadiums like a rock star. But away from the limelight, the 49-year-old, once a telecoms engineer, seems to be in constant trouble with his neighbors. First, a neighbor in Düsseldorf took Barth to court because he didn’t agree with his huge garage for twelve cars. Now there is another dispute – this time over his vacation villa in Kitzbühel. A neighbor is demanding over half a million euros in damages because one of Barth’s digger drivers allegedly damaged her wall and garden. However, the comedy star can’t laugh about it and is now taking his construction company to court himself.

Mickie Krause, 2 million euro villa on Mallorca

With its two round fronts, the villa on Playa de Palma lives up to its name: “El Caracol”, the snail’s shell. The location could hardly be more ideal for the pop singer, as it is in the immediate vicinity of his workplace – the Ballermann and the Megapark. This is where he thrills his fans twice a week in summer. The artist, who became a millionaire with hits such as “Geh’ mal Bier holen”, also relies on round shapes inside: There is a spacious, round sofa in the living room and the pool in the garden has an oval shape. Despite his considerable fees, the man from Münsterland remained modest. A more expensive villa would have been financially possible, but functionality is what counts for him. “The house is my retreat; I don’t have to represent anything here,” explains the pragmatic singer.

Til Schweiger, 2 million euro finca on Mallorca

When Til is not in front of the camera, he enjoys spending time with his children on Mallorca. In 2012, he purchased a 20,000 square meter finca in the heart of the island and transformed it into his personal paradise. The extensive garden, planted with rosemary, oleander and holly, serves as a private nudist area. Even close friends are strictly forbidden from taking selfies. The actor discovered his love of animals through his children. There are rescued animals everywhere on the estate: cats, dogs, sheep, goats – even a pot-bellied pig and Henry the donkey enjoy their reprieve here. Til particularly appreciates it when the house is full of life and his children bring their friends with them. His home is not just a retreat, but a place where community and nature come together in harmony.

Sonja Zietlow, dream finca on Mallorca

The “Dschungelcamp” presenter and her husband, gag author Jens Haase, prefer to enjoy their downtime under palm trees. They prefer the Balearic island of Mallorca to the Australian jungle. The former pilot has found her perfect retreat on her 3,300 square meter finca near Artà, in the heart of the island. There, the 53-year-old enjoys the benefits of Mediterranean cuisine and goes on long walks with her four dogs, which she adopted from animal welfare organizations. She also devotes herself to her passion for golf. With an impressive handicap of 4.6, Sonja Zietlow is now one of Germany’s best amateur golfers. And who knows? Maybe she’ll even meet the next star for the upcoming “Jungle Camp” season on the golf course.

Dirk Nowitzki – 8-million-dollar home in Dallas

The Mavericks star purchased the property in the prestigious “Billionaires’ Row” back in 2008. The 1930s villa offers an impressive 3,200 square meters of living space and is surrounded by a spacious garden with a tennis court, basketball court and pool. Naturally, the property also has a spacious garage for several luxury vehicles. The luxurious home comprises five bedrooms and seven bathrooms. Since retiring from professional sport at the end of 2019, after an impressive 21 seasons with the Mavericks, the 43-year-old has been enjoying life here with his wife Jessica and their three children. In this exclusive neighborhood, he is in prominent company: Mark Cuban, one of the richest investors in the USA, and former President George W. Bush reside right next door.

Diane Kruger, 9.75 million euro house in New York and 8.7 million euro villa in Beverly Hills

The Hollywood actress (“Troy”) and her partner Norman Reedus (“The Walking Dead”) have recently secured a second residence in New York’s elegant West Village. The charming brick house from 1835 extends over three floors with around 1100 square meters of living space. It offers a spacious garden, a cozy fireplace room, five bedrooms and a luxuriously equipped gourmet kitchen. The couple had previously purchased a magnificent property in Beverly Hills – a small castle with 800 square meters of living space, whose turrets are reminiscent of the fairytale castle Neuschwanstein and is aptly known in Hollywood as “The Castle”. In November 2018, the family became complete with the birth of their baby daughter.

Harald Schmidt, Biedermeier villa in Cologne

Even without his own talk show on television, the actor and cabaret artist remains a welcome guest in front of the camera. Since 2008, he has played the role of cruise director Oskar Schifferle on the “Traumschiff” – an absolute dream role, as he says himself. Schmidt originally wanted to become a priest, but today he prefers to stay away from the hustle and bustle of social media, which he simply finds “too exciting”. Together with his partner, Ellen Hantsch, a teacher, and their five children, he lives in a magnificent Wilhelminian-style villa in Cologne. There, surrounded by classical music, the Zen master of German humor often sits in his wing chair, knitting and creating subtle formulations for his newspaper columns.

TILL LINDEMANN, APARTMENT IN BERLIN & HOUSE IN MECKLENBURG-VORPOMMERN

Till Lindemann achieved worldwide fame as the frontman of the heavy metal band “Rammstein”. The German band has made a name for itself internationally with its spectacular stage shows and unmistakable guitar sound. Lindemann, who grew up in the GDR, had numerous jobs before starting his music career. Today, the charismatic singer commutes between Berlin and Mecklenburg-Vorpommern. Together with his then partner Sophia Thomalla, he bought an attic apartment in Berlin. After their separation in 2016, Lindemann began renovating the apartment on his own. It remains to be seen whether the musician now spends more time in the vibrant capital or in the tranquillity of Mecklenburg-Vorpommern.

CHRISTIAN LORENZ, APARTMENT IN BERLIN

Christian Lorenz, known as the keyboarder in the band “Rammstein”, achieved international fame primarily through his extravagant and eccentric stage performances. After the reunification of Germany, Lorenz moved to the West after his previous band “Feeling B” disbanded. There he met Till Lindemann, with whom he later became part of “Rammstein”. Since 2008, Lorenz has lived with artist Jenny Rosemeyer in the Prenzlauer Berg district of Berlin. They also own a property in the idyllic Kreuzbruch district. However, this made the headlines after it became the target of an arson attack – triggered by a neighborhood dispute in which a resident wrongly suspected an affair between his property manager and his partner. We wish the couple many peaceful years in their home and hope that, unlike Lorenz’s spectacular stage shows, their four walls will be spared from flames in the future.

NADJA ABD EL FARRAG – APARTMENT WITH PRIVATE BEACH ON LAKE WÖRTHERSEE AND APARTMENT IN HAMBURG

Back in 2010, “Naddel” hit the headlines when it became known that, despite her successful career as a TV presenter, she only received a small pension and lived in simple, far from luxurious apartments. For years, she resided on picturesque Lake Wörthersee, one of the most beautiful lakes in Carinthia, in a 95 square meter apartment with three rooms and access to a private beach. But in her eventful life, Naddel has moved a whopping 19 times, leaving even this idyllic view of Austria behind. After all these years of constant change, the time seems to have come for her to pause and find some peace and quiet. For the time being, she has chosen her hometown of Hamburg, where she has settled in a 70 square meter apartment for a rent of around 1,000 euros. She still wants to optimize the interior design and asks her Instagram community for advice: “Would you prefer pink or white cushions?” A new start with a personal touch.

LUISA NEUBAUER, VALUE UNKNOWN, APARTMENT IN BERLIN

Luisa Neubauer is one of the most polarizing personalities in Germany: you either love her or reject her. As a committed climate protection activist alongside Greta Thunberg, she works tirelessly for her ideals. However, it is often not her activism but her supposed wealth that draws public attention. Critics accuse her of double standards, as she comes from a wealthy family and her personal fortune is estimated to be between one and five million euros. However, her financial background takes a back seat to her involvement in over ten projects on climate, environmental and civil rights issues. Neubauer is known for keeping her private life private and has never commented on the rumors about her wealth. She lives in Berlin and yet remains one of the key voices in the fight for a more sustainable future.

BRUCE DARNELL – SMALL FINCA ON MALLORCA

For American choreographer Bruce Darnell, it’s time for a change. After years in various US cities such as Los Angeles and Chicago, it seems he has not yet found his true dream home – and possibly not only in the United States. Not much is known about his current place of residence, but one thing is certain: Bruce Darnell loves Germany. So much so that he has already lived in the Vaalserquartier on the German side of the border with the Netherlands. But there are many other places that could be on his list, including Aals, Limburg and Ibiza. Although Darnell has never officially confirmed these cities, he has made one thing public: his desire to find an apartment on Mallorca – even a rental apartment would be an option for him.

THOMAS ANDERS – PENTHOUSE IN KOBLENZ AND HOUSE IN IBIZA

On his YouTube channel and the podcast “Schlager Geflüster”, Thomas Anders repeatedly emphasizes that Koblenz is his absolute favourite city – the place where he would like to stay forever with his family. This wish became reality: despite a life full of travel, characterized by stays in two of his own houses in Berlin and numerous luxury hotels, he decided to buy a penthouse apartment in his hometown of Koblenz. Where exactly he lives there remains a well-kept secret. However, many suspect that he lives in the Oberwerth district – an exclusive area directly on the Rhine, known for its magnificent villas, an elite sports school, a stadium and numerous stores and leisure facilities that enrich every weekend. In addition to Koblenz, Anders also owns a house in Ibiza, which he uses as a second home. Whenever time allows, he travels there, often accompanied by his son.

DANIELA BÜCHNER, 750,000 EUROS – FINCA ON MALLORCA

At the beginning of 2021, Daniela shared some good news: She had bought a house in Mallorca – a luxurious finca on one of her favorite islands. The property cost around 750,000 euros, covers an impressive 2,000 square meters and has a total of eight rooms. With a swimming pool and spectacular views of the sea, the finca is located in the picturesque Son Servera region. On Instagram, Daniela let her followers get up close and personal with the moving process – from the initial box chaos moments to glimpses of the spacious rooms she now enjoys with her family. But this is not her first villa on Mallorca. Daniela previously owned another property in a different region of the island. This was considerably smaller at just over 500 square meters and cost around 500,000 euros. Whether another finca will follow or whether this is her final dream home remains to be seen – but one thing is certain: we’ll find out on Instagram!

CHRISTOPH SCHNEIDER, APARTMENT IN BERLIN

Better known as “Doom” Schneider, he is the drummer of the German heavy metal band Rammstein. His musical parents laid the foundations for his career at a young age. He played his own drums for the first time at the age of just 14. Within the band, Schneider is described by the other members as the mainstay of the music. Frontman Lindemann even says that Schneider’s military service predestined him to set the pace. Little is known about Schneider’s current place of residence, but one thing is certain: the Rammstein drummer is now a father of three and happily married.
